Mobile Music Express works to stay affordable to our clients while at the same time covering our increased costs of doing business. The major increases have come in our travel expenses with the soaring gas prices. There is always the cost of keeping up with current music, which is not cheap, updating equipment, lodging and advertising. Then of course it is always nice to maybe have some left over to buy some new toys.

We have in the last few years had to start raising our rates to stay up on everything. We still believe we are one of the most affordable Mobile DJ services in the area. We have always kept our prices affordable because we like to play parties and have fun! We are not looking to hold anyone up, but rather give them the best bang for their buck.

We are at a disadvantage to some other services as we only have one set up. This limits us to the amount of dates we can book per year. The advantage though for us and our clients is that when you book the Mobile Music Express you know you are getting Matt and Stan, a quality sound and an entertaining show!

Some services you book show up with their equipment in the trunk of a car with a mirrored ball, small speakers, some CD’s and someone off the street, that you have never met before, to play you some music. Mobile Music Express brings a load of up to date equipment, several speakers, a huge music library with over 20,000 songs and ultimately a fun entertaining time!

Current Rates Are:

$100.00 Booking Fee (Due at time of contract signing )

$100.00   Hourly Rate  (Minimum rate is 4 hours = $400.00)

** Most dances are 4 hours in length…for example 9 P.M. to 1 A.M. **   

$500.00   Total Base Rate (Base rate is good within a 60 mile radius of Oberlin, KS)

$      .50   Mileage Rate  (Charged per mile)

**  Ex. 120 miles:  Round trip: 240 X .50 = $120.00 mileage cost  **

DEPENDING ON THE WEEKEND & AVAILABLITY RATES MAY BE DISCOUNTED OR HIGHER THAN OTHER DATES…SUCH AS NEW YEARS EVE.  FRIDAY NIGHTS MAY BE DISCOUNTED DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY.

10% DISCOUNT  (If total cost is paid at the time of contract signing)
