Mobile Music Express co-founder Kent Ploussard passed away
04/02/2008 just before 10 am at the Decatur County Hospital in Oberlin,
KS. Kent's fight with cancer is over. He has gone to a far better place.
Thank you all for your thoughts, prayers and acts of kindness. Kent was
very blessed! He had a ton of friends such as yourself. I know he
appreciated everyone of you! On behalf of Kent's family and myself, We
can not thank you enough!

He was such a valuable asset to the Gateway.  No matter what crazy idea
I had for the health fair or meeting that I had planned, he would just
look at me with that silly grin and say "I think we can do that."  He
will be greatly missed by many in this community.

13 years since I left Oberlin, but I remember passing him quite often at
games and even on the main drag.  He always had a smile on his face...
